TAI CHI – Temple Style

Tai Chi – Temple Style was developed by a Taoist monk named Chang San-Feng approximately eight centuries ago. Tai Chi was taught at the Wu Tang Mountain Temple by Taoist monks whose main objective was to promote Taoism and to help man to develop to his ultimate potential.

Temple Style is often referred to as the long form. There are 108 moves that are divided up into three sections. Students’ progress at their own pace with individual instruction. The moves are designed to promote flexibility and overall body fitness.
